I originally promised myself I would only make "Cheat Week" entries every month. I managed to go over two months since the last one, so I've got that going for me.
A lot of fun stuff will be coming from Party Now, Apocalypse Later in the weeks and months to come. New blogs (a series on old movie theaters?), multimedia projects (radio shows would be a natural progression, no?), and maybe even a frank admission/prolonged panic that I have no idea what to title my next novel. But I have to work on those things. That takes time. Thus, another cheat week.
Also, I spent a sizable portion of the weekend with some good friends playing pinball at Cactus Jack's in OKC. Seriously, they have a Twilight Zone table. How was I expected to get any work done this weekend when my hero Rod Serling kept heckling me to fill the gumball machine.
